The flyers are printed and will be distributed to residents (street captains) who have volunteered themselves to walk the streets and distribute the flyers within the area. The success of the application will ultimately be dependent upon the participation, and that in turn is reliant upon the payment of the refundable deposit and the signing of the contract for future participation of the scheme. The boundary of the monitored access area will therefore be determined by the residents themselves as the boundary will be located where the participation stops. The decision of inclusion or not rests in the hands of the residents and nobody else. The meeting is set to take place on 31 July at 18h00 at the Waterkloof Primary School.
