The initial deposit of approx. R2k will be paid to Paxton-Cerva’s (attorney) Trust Account, which will be refunded (less 10% to cover admin and collection costs) should the scheme not attract the minimum participating threshold of 67%. The further funds i.e. construction costs, etc. will also be paid to Paxton-Cerva’s Trust Account. The Trust Account will be audited on an annual basis. Upon approval of the scheme/application, a non-profit company will be registered and all funds transferred from Paxton-Cerva to this company for future administration. The monthly operational costs will also be paid to the non-profit company going forward and will be managed by the elected committee members and will be audited on an annual basis in terms of the law governing a company’s Act.
