How does this impact Schools within the area?

Non-residents will be required to access via the 24 hour gates only, where security guards are located for the full 24 hours. The 24 hour gate point of entry consists of 8 (eight) cameras and a boom. The driver lowers the window of the vehicle, swipes his hand in front of the sensor and the boom lifts, and the vehicle enters the monitored access area. The 8 (eight) cameras capture an image of the driver, other occupants, the vehicle itself and the registration details of the vehicle. The same process is repeated when the vehicle exits the area. During peak times, traffic may start to queue and back up which would cause congestion and traffic flow problems. To prevent this, the guard will raise the boom and allow the traffic which has backed up to clear and then lower the boom once the traffic has cleared.
